Job Description
We are actively seeking a meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Junior Associate to contribute to the seamless execution of HR operations and provide comprehensive employee support. This role encompasses responsibilities such as managing employee onboarding and orientation programs, accurately processing payroll and benefits, diligently handling employee certifications, and promptly addressing all employee helpdesk tickets and queries.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Orientation: Take ownership of the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a positive and informative introduction to the company.
- Background Verification: Oversee and manage all pre-employment background checks and verification procedures, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

- Payroll Data Maintenance: Accurately update and meticulously maintain employee payroll data and records to facilitate seamless and precise payroll processing.
- License and Certification Management: Diligently manage and track all employee professional licenses and certification processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- General HR Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support for various administrative HR functions to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field of study.
- A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in Human Resources or a comparable role.
