Responsibilities

• As a Junior Software Developer, you will be an integral member of a team responsible for designing and developing enterprise-level solutions. Your focus will be on utilizing modern technologies including the .NET framework, Angular/React JavaScript frameworks, SQL Server databases, and Microsoft Azure cloud services to support our global operations. Key responsibilities include: developing robust and maintainable applications, APIs, data models, and integrations; creating clear and comprehensive support and design documentation; collaborating effectively using Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps principles, and tools such as Git, Insomnia/Postman, and various static code analysis platforms. Given the global nature of our team, occasional evening work may be required to facilitate collaboration with colleagues based in the USA. This will involve participation in meetings and project discussions across time zones.

Education Qualification

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering, with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 8.0 or higher.

Skills

• This role requires strong proficiency in the English language and excellent communication skills. You will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, enabling you to effectively evaluate existing processes and propose improvement strategies. Furthermore, you should possess strong problem-solving skills applicable to both interpersonal and technical situations. A keen interest in Microsoft's software development stack, including Entity Framework and HTML, is essential. Experience with front-end web libraries/frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, and ASP.NET MVC is highly desirable. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
