Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Entry Level ReactJS/NodeJS Front End Engineer to join our dynamic engineering organization. This represents an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional to launch their career in the field of web development. In this role, you will work under the mentorship of experienced senior developers, contributing to the development, rigorous testing, and ongoing maintenance of our ReactJS-based user interfaces, complemented by supporting Node.js backend services. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience with cutting-edge web technologies and industry best practices within a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Code Development: Develop, meticulously test, and debug clean, efficient ReactJS components and robust Node.js code for new features and enhancements, operating under the guidance of senior team members.
• Bug Fixing: Actively participate in the identification and resolution of software defects and reported issues.
• Testing: Engage in unit testing procedures and provide support for comprehensive integration testing to guarantee the highest standards of code quality.
• Learning & Growth: Proactively acquire knowledge of new technologies, development tools, and industry best practices, both through mentorship from senior team members and independent study.
• Collaboration: Foster close working relationships with fellow team members, including senior developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to comprehensively understand project requirements and contribute effectively to the achievement of project goals.
• Documentation: Contribute to the creation and continuous maintenance of detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Experience: Possess 0-2 years of professional experience in the field of web development, or demonstrate significant academic project experience utilizing ReactJS and Node.js.
• ReactJS Fundamentals: Exhibit a foundational understanding of core ReactJS concepts, including components, properties (props), state management, and essential hooks.
• Node.js Basics: Demonstrate a basic comprehension of Node.js for server-side JavaScript development, encompassing fundamental API creation and consumption.
• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript: Display a solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and a working familiarity with TypeScript.
• Web Technologies: Possess a basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and the core principles of responsive web design.
• API Interaction: Demonstrate a basic comprehension of the methods for consuming RESTful APIs.
• AI Code Generation: Familiarity with foundational AI concepts and practical experience applying AI-powered coding generation (e.g., OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Cursor, Windsurf or understanding of transformer-based code generation) will be a significant asset.
