Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor regulatory data sources for new entries or listings, including sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
- Verify, validate, and confirm the accuracy and completeness of data generated by AI/ML solutions.
- Manually construct data from unstructured sources when required.
- Assist in implementing solutions to transform unstructured data into structured and usable information.
- Develop test cases and scenarios for new implementations and execute these tests during release cycles.
- Track structural changes in data and document significant events impacting data, products, and customers.
- Monitor changes and bug fixes, ensuring their appropriate and complete implementation.
- Perform periodic reviews and controls as outlined in established processes.
- Maintain Management Information (MI) according to schedules and support the automation of MI and reporting processes.
- Publish weekly reports detailing activities and the status of each regulatory list.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed.
- Report daily on assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement.
- Possession of 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to interpret unstructured data and effectively convert it into a structured format.
- Familiarity with watchlist screening processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of NumPy and Pandas libraries is a plus.
