Job Description

As a Front-End Software Development Intern at FloBiz, you will assume a critical role in developing our ambitious neo-banking platform tailored for SMEs in India. Your principal responsibility will involve translating designs from Sketch, Invision, or Figma into responsive, high-performance web pages. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams comprising product managers, quality assurance engineers, and designers to introduce new features, enhance existing functionality, and guarantee the optimal user experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Translate Sketch, Invision, or Figma designs into fully functional and visually appealing web pages.
• Develop reusable, efficient, and high-performance code to construct scalable front-end solutions.
• Create responsive code optimized for seamless performance across web, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Actively participate in the development of robust applications and prototypes to explore new concepts.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and fellow team members to deliver new features, address identified issues, and continuously improve the overall product quality.
• Demonstrate adaptability and promptly respond to evolving business requirements with agility.
• Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve shared objectives and foster collective success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one web-based framework, coupled with a strong willingness to learn Angular 16+.
• Solid foundation in HTML5 and JavaScript / Typescript programming languages.
• Good understanding of CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively consume REST Web Services/RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with version control systems, with a focus on Git.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth within the team.
