Responsibilities
- 1. Actively participate in the data acquisition process, collecting and meticulously organizing data from diverse sources and platforms. This includes verifying data accuracy and integrity.
- 2. Provide comprehensive support to the analytics team in the development, testing, and refinement of analytical models and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate key findings and insights.
- 3. Collaborate closely with team members, engaging in brainstorming sessions and discussions to effectively identify, interpret, and present meaningful data trends and actionable insights. This requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
- 4. Demonstrate a clear understanding of analytical requirements derived from various source materials, translating business needs into effective analytical solutions.
Education Qualification
- Open to all applicants regardless of background. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
Skills
- 1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating intermediate to advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, and VBA (macro) programming for automation and advanced data manipulation.
- 2. Possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI, to create compelling and insightful data visualizations.
- 3. Demonstrate foundational knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau. Experience with any of these is a plus but not mandatory.
- 4. Exhibit intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word and PowerPoint, for effective communication and documentation of findings.
