Job Description
Fortrea is seeking a motivated and curious HR Technology Analyst Apprentice to join their global team. This apprenticeship is designed for recent graduates to gain practical experience in supporting HR systems, data, and technology-driven processes within a regulated, international setting. Responsibilities
- Learn how HR technology facilitates core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee data management.
- Assist with the HR application renewal process, including gathering requirements and analyzing usage.
- Observe and contribute to efforts aimed at optimizing HR processes through technology and automation.
- Aid in documenting existing and proposed HR workflows.
- Propose ideas for enhancing user experience and operational efficiency in HR processes.
- Support the creation and upkeep of standard HR reports and dashboards.
- Understand how key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting statistics) are gathered and utilized for business insights.
- Provide support for ad-hoc data inquiries and perform basic data analysis using tools like Excel or HR system reporting modules.
- Offer initial support to HR team members and end-users for HR technology-related questions or issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Contribute to HR technology projects, including system upgrades, new feature deployments, or process enhancements.
- Gain understanding of fundamental change management principles, including communication strategies and training for new tools or processes.
- Learn about compliance regulations pertinent to HR data and systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Adhere to established protocols for secure handling of sensitive employee information in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Familiarize with IT standards and support efforts to maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with academic projects or internships related to HR, systems, data, or technology are highly desirable.
- No prior direct HRIS administration experience is required; the apprenticeship is focused on learning and development.
