Job Description

Operations Associate: Acquire expertise in managing supply chain logistics for a company generating multimillion-dollar revenue streams.

This role presents challenges such as: How to effectively manage the logistics of high-revenue campaigns, coordinating between international and domestic suppliers? How can we optimize costs and improve profit margins for each order? How can an order be expedited to a 5-day turnaround when the standard delivery timeframe is 10 days?

Reporting to an Operations Manager within the Preorder or Order Teams, you will manage a daily assortment of unique orders, each presenting distinct logistical hurdles requiring innovative solutions, taking direct ownership of the results. This position offers significant autonomy and decision-making authority.

This role directly influences:

The coordination of logistics for campaigns that generate millions of dollars in revenue, involving both international and domestic vendors.
Strategies to reduce operational costs and increase profit margins for each order.
Methods to expedite order delivery to within 5 days, compared to the standard 10-day turnaround time.

Responsibilities

• Order Team:
• Addressing Stock Issue Tickets, Licensing Tickets, and other Miscellaneous Tickets efficiently.
• Serving as a backup resource for the Order Processing team during periods of low order specialist (OS) pool volume.
• Handling Sample Order processing tasks.
• Maintaining and updating Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings.
• Managing ad-hoc tasks during slower business periods.
• Contributing to reporting tasks and projects.
• Pre-Order Team:
• Providing pricing quotations using available resources.
• Facilitating communication and providing constructive feedback to other teams; resolving order-related challenges and enhancing the Licensing experience within Fresh Prints.
• Monitoring timelines and addressing licensing-related inquiries from Campus Managers.
• Performing order checks/Data entry for reporting purposes; Conducting Shopify/Group order checks.
• Assigning schools in cases where proof is directly received from the client.
• Uploading proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses.

Qualifications

• 1 – 5 years of professional experience in Operations/Logistics.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to handle complex tasks within strict deadlines.
• Capability to make independent decisions without constant supervision.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adaptability to working night shifts is required.
