Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients via various channels, providing prompt and accurate answers to their questions, effectively resolving any issues that arise, and meticulously maintaining updated client records. Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that address client needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Education Qualification

• Demonstrated success in a customer service role, ideally with 1-5 years of experience.
• Proven proficiency utilizing help desk software such as Freshdesk or Zendesk, with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Substantial experience handling customer inquiries and support requests through both telephone and chat-based communication channels.

Skills

• Proven ability to expertly manage customer interactions via phone and online chat platforms.
• Possession of a neutral accent to ensure clear and effective communication with a diverse customer base.
• A consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude, even when facing challenging situations.
• Exceptional ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven capacity to identify, analyze, and resolve complex customer issues.
• Flexibility and willingness to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
