Job Description
The position of Application Engineering Intern is open at Google!
Responsibilities
- Create internal solutions that automate business operations with bespoke back-end services and front-ends (web, mobile, etc.). Keep up the highest standards for development techniques, which include developing clear, modular, and self-sustaining code as well as technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, and issue detection and resolution.
- Provide partners with creative, scalable solutions and solve their issues to assist them in overcoming their daily obstacles. Recognise and specify the tools required to support operational scalability, comprehend operational workflows, and lead the initial and continuing development and engineering deployment of these tools.
- To transform business needs into technical solutions, collaborate closely with analysts.
- Support and update implemented systems in addition to integrating third-party products into internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish and execute strategies that enhance internal business procedures.
Education Qualifications
- college-educated, ideally having taken courses in computer science, information technology, or data management in the past
Skills
- Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or a similar technological profession.
- Possession of at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Proficiency in English communication is necessary to actively engage in technical conversations.
- familiarity with Java, C++, or Python programming.
- knowledge of SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP), JavaScript, and systems software or algorithms.
- allowed to work full-time outside of academic terms for a minimum of six months.
