Junior HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) – Job Description

Fresh Prints is seeking a motivated Junior HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) to join their growing remote team. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition initiatives from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, screen candidates, and manage the recruitment process for various positions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead proactive prospecting and headhunting for diverse talent pools.
• Source qualified candidates from multiple channels and meticulously screen resumes and applications.
• Take ownership of end-to-end role coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate subsequent assessment rounds.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers to define role requirements, gather feedback, and manage timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with management and team members, providing regular status updates.
• Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional responsibilities within a fast-moving startup environment.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Fresh graduates with a degree in Human Resources or Psychology are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Possess excellent written and verbal English communication proficiency.
