Responsibilities
- You will be immersed in creating state-of-the-art automations, AI-powered agents, and utilizing the newest Large Language Models (LLMs) and Zapier tools as an Automation & AI Agents Intern. Using cutting-edge automation techniques and AI-driven agents, you will collaborate directly with our engineering and product teams to develop processes that optimize, streamline, and scale our operations. You'll have opportunities to lead projects, gain mentorship from experienced engineers, and make a significant impact.
- Help create, test, and deploy AI-based agents and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Use platforms like Zapier to build unique integrations and automate repetitive processes.
- Create and improve AI-powered agents with Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide benefits for various projects.
- Determine which manual operations can be automated, rank the most important ones, then develop solutions to address them.
- Create prototypes for incorporating cutting-edge AI into our product ecosystem and investigating the application of conversational AI bots to enhance user interaction.
- Work together with cross-functional groups from data science, engineering, marketing, and product to collect needs and deliver useful automated solutions.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for AI-driven and automated solutions.
- Create scalable, clean code and take part in peer review.
- Keep up of the most recent advancements in LLM capabilities, AI technology, and automation tools.
Education Qualifications
- This position is open to everyone who applies.
Skills
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline is currently being pursued or completed (or equivalent abilities)
- Strong programming abilities in Python, JavaScript, and related languages
- knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Zapier, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools, and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of or enthusiasm for web scraping, API development, creating bespoke bots, and integrating LLMs such as GPT-¾, Claude
- An attitude of problem-solving coupled with flexibility and rapid learning
- Curiosity, inventiveness, and a readiness to "go nuts" in order to try new things and push boundaries
- Knowledge of metrics and data analysis to gauge success
- Capacity to use first-principles reasoning to deconstruct complicated problems
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI-driven agents, and the newest developments in AI technology
- Knowledge of DevOps technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is advantageous.
