Responsibilities
- Multiple technologies are used in the solution to fulfill functional needs and translate the design into technical and functional specifications.
- In order to satisfy customer performance, availability, service level agreements, and customer satisfaction targets, provides and/or manages business application functional support services.
- Maintains compliance with pertinent procedures, standards, governance, and controls related to project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, and root cause analysis.
- Manage and plan medium- to large-scale, intricate, integrated application or platform projects to guarantee successful and efficient completion while adhering to the requirements for scope, time, money, and quality. assist the team in developing best practices for coding.
- To ensure effective and efficient execution in accordance with scope, timing, budget, and quality constraints, plan and manage medium- to large-scale, complex integrated application or platform projects. Assist in the team's definition of best practices for code.
