●Respond to and fix standard desktop support requests for operating systems, hardware, and common apps; escalate non-routine problems as necessary.
Adhere to established imaging, setup, and security protocols while configuring, deploying, and decommissioning laptops, desktop computers, and accessories.
Perform basic troubleshooting for printing, account access, and network connectivity problems, recording actions taken and results in the ticketing system.
Perform specific maintenance chores in accordance with standard operating procedures, such as software installations, upgrades, and basic equipment checks.
To facilitate inventory tracking and lifecycle management, keep up-to-date asset and configuration data for end-user devices.

- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication abilities

A high school degree or its equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, or a similar technical support position.
Or a comparable mix of training and expertise.
