Responsibilities
- Integrate and compile data obtained from diverse systems to streamline inventory availability assessments and facilitate efficient order placement procedures.
- Execute a range of order management activities, encompassing order placement, processing, and timely order expediting.
- Deliver precise order entry services, manage change requests, and furnish comprehensive telephone support, all while adhering to established call center performance metrics and objectives.
- Manage a substantial volume of product orders through electronic channels, overseeing the process from initial order entry to final shipment to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Utilize SAP to proactively plan and manage the complete lifecycle of customer contract fulfillment, encompassing stages from initial order entry through to final payment collection.
- Offer order management support to the sales department, including SAP-based order entry and comprehensive order tracking capabilities.
- Oversee and manage order entry processes, shipping logistics, fill rates, and product availability to ensure optimal order fulfillment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive and detailed expertise in the SAP ERP system, particularly focusing on inventory, sales, accounts receivable, and invoicing modules.
- Possess end-to-end understanding of the export process system, encompassing the ERP system and all related interfaced systems.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of managing both standard and intricate contracts during order booking and subsequent management.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Possess the ability to comprehend subtle aspects of language, including intonation, accent variations, and nuanced inferences within both spoken and written English.
- Maintain willingness to work during night shift hours.
- Function effectively as a collaborative team member.
