Job Description
ITI Limited is seeking to recruit young, talented professionals on a temporary/contract basis to address skill gaps and augment its talent pool. These roles are designed to support the company’s comprehensive range of services and operational requirements across diverse activities. The company is investing in technology and strategic acquisitions to enhance its offerings, particularly in high-growth sectors. The engagement is for a fixed period, initially for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to two additional years, contingent upon satisfactory annual performance. Young Professionals will be engaged as independent consultants and will not be considered employees of ITI Limited. Responsibilities
- Maintenance and enhancement of corporate applications, development of new portals, integration, testing, and documentation (IS&IT).
- Network and firewall monitoring, user support, site coordination, data upload support, documentation, and troubleshooting (IS&IT).
- Installation and commissioning of communication equipment, electronics equipment, and networking equipment (Projects).
- Production and manufacturing of industrial products (Production & Manufacturing).
- Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), Staffing, Establishment, Policy, and Payroll management (HR).
- Financial Management, Costing, Audit, Budgetary controls, Treasury Management, Finalization of Accounts, Taxation, and Capital expenditure control (Finance).

Qualifications
- **Young Professional – Graduate (Projects/Project Management/IS&IT/Production/TSTL/Marketing):**
- BE/B.Tech in EC/CS/Mechanical/IT/MCA/M.Sc. (IT/CS) from a recognized University/Institute (Projects, IS&IT, TSTL).
- MBA in Project Management/M.Sc. in Project Management from a recognized University/Institute (Projects/Project Management).
- BE/B.Tech in IT/CS/ECE/EEE or MCA/M.Sc.(IT/CS) from a recognized University/Institute (IS&IT).
- BE/B.Tech in IT/CS from a recognized University/Institute (Computer Lab).
- BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/Telecommunications/MCA/M.Sc. (CS/IT)/M.Sc. Cybersecurity from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (Telecom Security Testing Lab – Graduate).

- Diploma in Electronics from a recognized University/Institute and possessing VSSC certification with minimum 2 years of experience with VSSC Soldering/HRI & Elec. Fabrication certification issued by Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) (Production/Manufacturing).
- Diploma in Mechanical from a recognized University/Institute and possessing VSSC certification with minimum 2 years of experience in Final QC Package closure certification issued by VSSC (Production/Manufacturing).
- B.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Conformal coating (Production/Manufacturing).
- Diploma in CS/Electronics with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Testing/Measurement system (Production/Manufacturing).
- ITI Trade Certificate in Electronics/Electronic Mech. from a recognized Institute with minimum 2 years’ experience with VSSC Soldering certification (Production/Manufacturing).

- **General Requirements:**
- Educational Qualification, Experience, and Maximum Age Limit prescribed are as on the Date of Advertisement.
- All qualifications must be acquired from Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by AICTE or UGC or any other appropriate statutory authority in India.
- Documentary proof for Post Qualification experience must be uploaded.
- Aggregate percentage of marks shall be calculated as the average of all semesters/years and not rounded off.
- For CGPA/OGPA/DGPA, equivalent percentage must be indicated as per University/Institute norms.
- Candidates having five years BE/B.Tech + ME/M.Tech integrated dual degree in engineering in relevant disciplines are considered eligible.
- Candidates pursuing/completed M.Tech in disciplines other than specified, must have completed BE/B.Tech in a qualifying degree examination.
- For integrated ME/M.Tech programmes awarding two separate degrees, BE/B.Tech marks will be considered. If a single degree is awarded, consolidated marks will be reckoned.

The engagement is on a contract basis for an initial period of 1 year, extendable on a year-to-year basis for a maximum of two additional years, contingent upon satisfactory annual performance.
The consolidated remuneration is inclusive of all applicable taxes. No other facilities or allowances such as DA, accommodation, residential phone, conveyance, transport, foreign travel, personal staff, or medical reimbursement are admissible. However, a Tough Location Allowance may be provided if posted in such areas.
For Young Professional Graduates, the selection involves a 2-stage process: shortlisting based on a point system and an assessment stage comprising Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). For Young Professional Technicians and Operators, it involves a similar shortlisting stage followed by a Skill Test.
The probationary period is for the first 3 months. While continuation on a contract basis will be confirmed after successful probation, there is no mandatory absorption or offer of regular contract after the probationary period. The company reserves the right to decide on continuation or absorption.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview/skill test or initial joining. Candidates will have to bear their own expenses.
