Responsibilities
- Through the Intercom platform, keep an eye on and handle incoming support inquiries.
- Answer the queries and concerns of Alignerrs in a fast and accurate manner.
- Assign complicated issues to the appropriate teams, making sure that all problems and actions are thoroughly documented.
- Provide the required information and assistance to new Alignerrs to aid in their onboarding process.
- Continue to provide excellent service while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to improve Alignerr satisfaction and the support workflow.
- Use and update the knowledge base and support materials on a regular basis.
Education Qualifications
- experience working in customer service or a related position, ideally in a tech or service setting.

Skills
- Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulousness.
- the capacity to manage several tasks at once in a hectic setting.
