Education Qualification
- The competition unfolds in four rounds:
- Round 1: Screening & General Awareness – A brief online quiz assessing general knowledge.
- Round 2: Aptitude & magicpin Trivia Quiz – An online quiz evaluating aptitude, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Magicpin's history and business model. Successful completion advances you to the next round.
- Round 3: The Case Study Challenge – Shortlisted candidates tackle a genuine business challenge faced by Magicpin. Solutions are evaluated on innovation, feasibility, and strategic depth.
- Round 4: Grand Finale – The top 10 participants present their solutions to Magicpin's leadership team at a Magicpin office. This round includes individual interaction time with the leadership.
