Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain security gateways to ensure the protection of the Nestlé network, while simultaneously enabling and supporting crucial business operations and workflows.
- Leverage comprehensive technical security expertise to address critical situations and provide effective solutions for diverse business requirements.
- Deliver strategic risk guidance and recommendations for IT projects and product management initiatives. This includes the evaluation and recommendation of appropriate technical controls that align with established Nestlé standards and policies.
- Serve as a key liaison between the information security team and various corporate functions, including compliance, audit, legal, and human resources departments, as necessary.
- Develop a thorough understanding of related disciplines and actively engage with them to ensure consistent application of security policies and standards across all product groups, technology projects, and systems. This includes, but is not limited to, privacy protocols, risk management frameworks, compliance mandates, and business continuity management plans.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, other functional area architects, and fellow Security Specialists to ensure robust security solutions are implemented throughout all IT products and platforms. These solutions must effectively mitigate identified risks, meet business objectives, and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Design and develop essential business, information, and technical artifacts that collectively constitute the enterprise information security architecture and corresponding security solutions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a closely related field is required. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of six years of equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated security experience with Microsoft operating systems is essential.
- Experience securing cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure, is required.
- A strong understanding of networking principles and network security best practices is necessary.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and fluency in written and spoken English are mandatory.
