Responsibilities
- Provide support throughout the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, working closely with and receiving direction from more senior members of the talent acquisition team.
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methodologies, including job boards, professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, various social media channels, employee referral programs, and other relevant platforms.
- Thoroughly assess candidate qualifications by carefully reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary screening interviews to evaluate their suitability for open positions.
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all involved.
- Maintain the integrity of candidate data by diligently updating and managing candidate databases and the organization’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the preparation and publication of compelling job descriptions across a range of online job portals to attract qualified applicants.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through consistent, clear, and timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader Human Resources team to identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment strategies and strengthening employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field of study.
- Zero to six months of relevant experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or completion of an internship in a related area is preferred, but not strictly required for consideration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain a high level of organization.
- A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications.
- A strong desire to learn and develop professionally within the field of talent acquisition.
