Job Description
This role is for a Graduate Trainee – Associate Integration Engineer focused on supporting merchants. The primary responsibility is to assist merchants by isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving technical issues promptly. The role demands identifying the root cause of product defects and collaborating with developers for quick resolutions when necessary. Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with developers, merchants, and internal teams on pre- and post-integration issues, providing technical support, consulting, and best practice guidance.
- Address technical inquiries related to payment APIs, plugins, and transactions.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to both merchants and internal departments.
- Deliver timely resolutions to merchants and provide Level 1 support, leveraging product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Enhance the overall merchant experience by offering dedicated support for technical challenges.
- Analyze system logs to identify common trends and underlying problems, escalating these findings to the product team in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Batch of 2024/2025 preferred (B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/Information Technology).
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner to non-IT personnel.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Any Bachelor’s degree (Technical degree preferred).
- Experience in web development in at least one of the following languages is an added advantage: Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, PHP, or Python.
