Job Description

QSpiders is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Placement Executive Assistant, also functioning as a Telecaller, to join our growing team. This role is crucial in connecting with potential students and college placement officers to promote our training courses.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of this role is outbound calling to prospective students and college placement officers. This includes building strong relationships, actively identifying their needs concerning career development and training, and effectively presenting QSpiders' course offerings as solutions to those needs. The candidate will need to skillfully address inquiries, overcome objections, and convincingly demonstrate the value proposition of our courses. Success in this role hinges on exceptional communication skills, a positive and persistent attitude, and a demonstrable ability to persuade and convert leads into enrollments.

Education Qualification

• This position is open to all applicants regardless of prior experience or educational background. While experience is beneficial, a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
