Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project/Program Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will involve assisting in the management of on-premises and SaaS product delivery. You will contribute to the planning, management, and execution of numerous technical programs and initiatives within our Engineering organization, spanning our entire product portfolio. Under the close mentorship of experienced team members, you will gain firsthand experience in improving our processes across the entire software development lifecycle – from development and validation to deployment.

A key component of this role is collaborating with stakeholders to understand the complexities of delivering large features and initiatives within our software development process. This will provide valuable experience in navigating complex situations, evaluating risks, and aligning project goals with overall business priorities. You will develop skills in managing tasks within a fast-paced environment, enhancing your technical expertise, improving key metrics, communicating project status effectively, and contributing to the timely delivery of features to the market.

Responsibilities

• - Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership, as well as cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, etc.), to prioritize, plan, and successfully deliver new features and products.
• - Assist in the clear and timely communication of project schedules, status updates, and any encountered issues to all relevant stakeholders.
• **Risk Management:**
• - Proactively identify potential risks and contribute to the development of comprehensive mitigation strategies.
• - Work closely with development teams to help address and resolve issues that might impact project timelines and deadlines.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Skills

• Prior coursework or internship experience in Product/Program Management, Quality Engineering, or Software Development is preferred.
• - A basic understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud services, and common release management tools is advantageous.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• - Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach are required.
• - Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
• - The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.
• - Demonstrated interest or experience in applying Agile development methodologies within a 24x7 operational environment is highly desirable.
