Job Description

This paid residency program offers a comprehensive immersion in backend, web, or mobile development. Participants will select a specialization based on their interests and demonstrated abilities. Working alongside experienced Samespace engineers, residents will gain practical experience through direct contributions to ongoing projects and targeted skill-building exercises designed to accelerate their software engineering growth. The program will cover core development practices, including architecture understanding, coding standards adherence, and effective team collaboration techniques. Samespace fosters an environment that encourages exploration, critical thinking, and refinement of technical skills within a real-world context. Residents will benefit from direct mentorship, access to comprehensive training resources, and regular performance feedback for holistic development.
