Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Intern who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. This role provides invaluable hands-on experience working closely with the experienced Sales Operations team. Key responsibilities include process documentation, meticulous data management, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role demands exceptional attention to detail, demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a genuine passion for optimizing operational efficiency. Specific duties include:
  • * Thorough documentation of sales processes, tools, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and seamless workflows.
  • * Maintaining and updating weekly cross-functional data sets, drawing information from our comprehensive database.
  • * Rigorous validation of sales contracts to guarantee accurate reporting and financial transparency.
  • * Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of prospect and customer data within our HubSpot CRM system, actively enhancing data hygiene.
  • * Responding efficiently to ad-hoc requests from the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, providing timely and accurate support.
  • * Conducting competitive analysis and researching industry trends to contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
