Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly capable and enthusiastic Full Stack Software Engineering Intern to become an integral part of SurveyMonkey’s Engineering team located in India. This is a paid internship spanning a duration of six months and will be based at SurveyMonkey’s Bengaluru office, within the Mobile Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with SurveyMonkey’s mobile applications engineering team, receiving guidance and mentorship from senior leadership.
• Acquiring expertise in the development of industry-scale mobile applications, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and adhering to software engineering best practices.
• Participating in the development of software leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools, which have become a critical component of software engineering processes at SurveyMonkey.
• Contributing to ongoing innovation initiatives aimed at generating novel product concepts.
• Enhancing communication, presentation, and teamwork skills within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Working collaboratively with engineering teams and leadership to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and the dissemination of best practices.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./M.C.A.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of fundamental Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude for mobile application development.
• Self-motivated and proactive, exhibiting a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Inquisitive mindset, characterized by a passion for continuous learning and professional advancement.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly assimilate new technologies.
