Job Description
Tata Motors is actively recruiting for its Early Career Program. We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for Senior Manager positions across various departments. These departments include, but are not limited to: Operations/Manufacturing, Product Line Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Engineering/Research and Development, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), and Commercial functions. The ideal candidates will meet the specific eligibility criteria detailed below.

Responsibilities
- - Post-graduate education sponsorship is a key requirement. Successful candidates will have completed a sponsored Master of Technology (M.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a prestigious institution such as BITS Pilani, IITs, Symbiosis, IIMs, or other similarly reputable universities and colleges.
- - The role demands 12 to 24 months of professional experience gained *after* completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
- - This is an early career program specifically designed for individuals currently in their first post-graduate role. Applicants who have previously changed jobs or are currently unemployed are not eligible for this program.
- - The offered position is a Senior Manager role.
- - The annual compensation package (CTC) is approximately 8.5 Lakhs per annum.
