Job Description

TechMaa is seeking a highly capable and enthusiastic entry-level Software Developer to become a valuable member of our expanding team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for software development and a strong desire to learn and grow within a collaborative environment. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with equivalent experience to launch their career in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate with cross-functional teams (including designers, project managers, and other developers) throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design and planning through implementation and deployment.
• Develop clean, efficient, well-documented, and easily maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices. This includes writing unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Effectively identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and bugs through systematic debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
• Contribute to and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications, user manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
• Continuously expand your knowledge and skills by staying informed about the latest advancements in software development technologies, tools, and methodologies. This may involve independent learning, attending workshops, or pursuing relevant certifications.

Education Qualification

Skills

• A solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and their practical application.
• Expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new languages as needed.
• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, or a strong understanding of their core principles.
• Familiarity with and practical experience utilizing version control systems like Git for collaborative code management. This includes understanding branching strategies, merging, and resolving conflicts.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a strong analytical mindset for efficient debugging and solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team environment. The ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is highly valued.
