Responsibilities

Our Customer Support Centre team plays a key role in these initiatives, and their meticulous coordination across business functions and geographic locations is essential to our success.
- With three shifts operating around the clock, seven days a week, the Bangalore CSC capability is a well-established team that supports order management for North America, EMEA, and APJ as well as other crucial back office tasks. Collectively, they handle over 60,000 requests monthly. These three groups play a crucial role in our company's performance both in India and globally by helping us fulfil our commitments to quality and innovation.
- Utilise the function's apps to carry out order management tasks for the designated regions.
- Utilising the function's applications, manage orders for the designated regions.
- Make sure that all policies, procedures, and systems are followed.
- Ensure that daily order turnaround times are met in accordance with established TAT criteria.
- Ensure that orders are completed each day in accordance with the TAT criteria.
- Make sure all established internal and external processes are followed.
Education Qualifications

- 0–2 Years of Experience
