She++ 2026 – Early Career Talent Program

About the Company
Uber is committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within the tech industry. The uBecome- Emerging Talent Team organizes annual She++ events in March to support this commitment. She++ offers early-in-career diverse talent opportunities to connect with Uber representatives, including business leaders, alumni, and HR professionals, gaining insights into fulfilling technology careers. This initiative, launched in 2019, aims to identify and nurture talent through an annual event held in March.
Job Description
Uber’s She++ initiative is a program focused on inclusion, aiming to promote equal opportunity and access within the technology sector. Recognizing that potential is universal but access to opportunity is not always equitable, She++ welcomes applications from eligible students across a broad spectrum of backgrounds. This includes, but is not limited to, first-generation college students, individuals from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and ages. The program is particularly enthusiastic about welcoming students with disabilities, those from the LGBTQIA+ community, and students from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) backgrounds from colleges throughout India. She++ provides these students with valuable insights into the technology field and potential career paths at Uber. A key benefit of attending She++ is the direct opportunity to participate in Uber’s Summer Internship hiring process. The registration form is designed to gather information about applicants and to understand how reasonable accommodations can be provided to ensure equitable access for everyone involved in the program.
