Job Description
UIDAI is offering an Internship Scheme for 2025, providing students with practical work experience under expert guidance. The program aims to offer hands-on exposure to various technology tracks, legal domains (like cyber laws/IT Act), and general management within UIDAI’s Head Office, Technology Centre, and Regional Offices. Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the learning process through experimentation and applying classroom knowledge.
- Gain exposure to various technology tracks and units within UIDAI.
- Work in areas such as application development, legal domains (cyber laws/IT act), and general management.
- Contribute to UIDAI’s work and gain insight into related technical domains, management fields, or legal aspects.
- Submit a project report on the work undertaken at the end of the internship.
- Maintain confidentiality of all documents, reports, and information received during the internship.
- Sign an undertaking and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing the internship.
- Comply with UIDAI’s security policies and code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Must be an Indian Citizen.
- Must be a bonafide student at any recognized University/Institution within India or abroad.
- Must have secured a minimum of 60% marks (GPA average of 6.0/10) in all prior semester examinations.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Technical Fields (B.Tech/BE/B.Design/B.Graphic, M.Tech/ME/Master in Design/Master in Computer Application, etc.).
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Other Fields (Legal, Commerce, Accounts, Business Administration, Finance, Mass Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
- Pursuing PhD/Research in fields like Computer Science, IT Act and cyber laws, Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Digital Economy, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics & Design, Cloud, Public Policy & Management.
- For PhD/Research students, a recommendation letter from the supervisor is required.
- Students must be in their final or pre-final year, or have completed their graduation/post-graduation within the last six months prior to the internship.
- For PhD/Research candidates, must be registered at a recognized Indian institution.
