Responsibilities
- Leveraging your data research skills to translate intricate business challenges and data requirements into straightforward analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Creation of both standardized and customized reports, in addition to conducting ad hoc analyses, all designed to inform and support strategic recommendations.
- Providing regular updates to project logs, contributing to monthly budget forecasts, and assisting in the preparation of monthly newsletters and operational reviews.
- Providing support to the systems support group, aiding in the design, programming, research, testing, and implementation phases.
- Playing a key role in identifying and resolving production and issuance-related issues.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes while minimizing the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs.
- Actively participate in data and business research projects, conduct secondary research testing, and contribute to results-oriented intelligence gathering.
- Under the guidance of a supervisor, you will exercise independent judgment and collaborate closely with technology and other business groups to achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with consultants and program managers on various project-related tasks, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.
