Job Description

As an Analytics Associate, the selected candidate will be responsible for leveraging data research techniques to translate complex business challenges and data requirements into coherent analyses and actionable recommendations. This involves the development of both standardized and customized reports, as well as conducting ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making processes. The role also requires contributing to project management activities through regular updates to project logs, maintaining monthly budget forecasts, and participating in the creation of monthly newsletters or operational review documents. Participation in projects will include assisting the systems support group with various aspects of design, programming, research, testing, and implementation. The successful candidate will also assist in identifying and resolving production or issuance issues, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of departmental and divisional processes, and minimizing the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs. This will also include participation in data and business research projects, conducting secondary research testing, and deriving results-oriented business intelligence. This position will require independent judgment under the direction of a supervisor, along with effective collaboration with technology and other business units. Participation with other consultants or program managers will be required on tasks related to the completion of other various projects including project design, collection and research of data, report preparation, or presentation design.
