Job Description
This position requires the application of data research techniques to interpret business problems and data requirements, culminating in the development of straightforward analyses and subsequent recommendations. The incumbent will be responsible for creating both standard and customized reports, as well as conducting ad hoc analyses, to inform decision-making processes. Responsibilities also include providing timely updates to project logs and monthly budget forecasts, and contributing to the preparation of monthly newsletters and operational reviews. The Analytics Associate will actively participate in project initiatives, assisting the systems support group with various aspects such as design, programming, research, testing, and implementation. Further duties involve assisting in the identification and resolution of production or issuance-related issues, contributing to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to ensure process accuracy and efficiency, and minimizing the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs. The role also encompasses working on data and business research projects, conducting secondary research testing, and delivering results-oriented intelligence. The Analytics Associate will receive guidance from a supervisor, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate effectively with technology and other business units. Furthermore, participation with consultants or program managers will be required for tasks associated with the completion of various projects, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.
