Establish Learned Data Models and Abilities Data Models as MVP1, followed by additional HR functional domains
Align Data Models with Alation Catalogue to create harmony and synergy
Establish a procedure or process to manage maintenance.
Education Requirement

Good to have skills
familiarity with database design and data modelling
competence with data modelling software (such as Erwin Data Modelling)
Proficiency with SQL
Knowledge of the fundamentals of data architecture
