Job description

Lead a number of important sales programs and strategic efforts.
Combine, go over, and evaluate sell-out information from several retail touchpoints.
Assist the Visual Merchandising team in overseeing budgets, creating calendars, and segmenting stores.
Help the sales team by ensuring that data reports and formats are standard.
Create toolkits and policies for sales.
Make presentations that are appropriate for upper management.
Encourage frequent sales evaluations and performance assessments.
Permit the group to spend time in the marketplace and give the sales team the appropriate information.
