Job Description
In order to satisfy our clients' expectations, andidate is in charge of setting up and testing Wipro's exclusive Total Benefit AdministrationTM (TBA) System.
Configuring entails setting up and configuring tables and parameters in the TBA System as determined by analysis using proprietary methods and technologies.
As part of testing, test activities are carried out in accordance with the SA's instructions after test cases and test data have been prepared.
Applications with good programming (logical thinking, analytical skills), systems configuration, and testing linked to systems that support human resource tasks are encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Examines any draft test plans and customer requirements documents; appropriately respect deadlines; and supports the client's delivery priority.

Education Qualifications
- Only MCA, B.Tech, or BE (CS, IT, and ECE). 2024 only pass out.
Skills
- understanding of the ideas and principles of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Automation testing principles and some exposure could be beneficial.
- familiarity with software quality assurance and best practices in system testing.
- Capacity to deconstruct a complicated issue into smaller, more manageable parts and to comprehend and articulate the connections between those parts (i.e., strong analytical abilities).
- Use fundamental principles from relational databases (such as keys, table relationships, SQL, and DB2 queries, among others).
- Use the fundamental ideas of relational databases (e.g. table relationships, keys, SQL and DB2 queries etc.).
