The School of IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) program by Wipro Technologies provides a pathway for diploma holders to earn a B. - Diploma – 50% aggregate score
- Year of Passing: 2024, 2025
- Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Computer Technology / Computer Science and Technology / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 50% and above.
- Maximum of 3 years of education gap allowed between 10th and diploma.
- Only full-time Diploma courses are permitted; part-time, correspondence, or distance learning education in Diploma programs are not considered.
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as a subject in Diploma; Business Maths and Applied Maths will not be accepted.
- Open school or distance education is permissible for 10th and 12th standards.
- Maximum of one backlog allowed until the assessment process; candidates must clear all backlogs by the 6th semester.
- Must be an Indian Citizen or hold a PIO or OCI card.
- Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
- Candidates who have applied for any Wipro selection process in the last three months are ineligible.
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of onboarding.

The evaluation process includes a Round 1 Online Assessment (Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, Written Communication), followed by Round 2 Voice Assessment, Round 3 Business Discussion, and finally Round 4 Pre-Skilling Training.
Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible to apply for this program.
