The New India Assurance Company Limited is seeking applications from qualified candidates for Apprentice positions, in accordance with the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended) and the Company’s Apprenticeship Policy.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Applicants must be citizens of India.
- Applicants must not have previously participated in Apprenticeship Training, nor be currently engaged in such training under the Apprentices Act, either within the Company or at any other organization.
- Applicants must be new entrants to the field, possessing no prior training experience.
- Applicants must have successfully completed their graduation and hold a passing certificate issued on or after 2021-04-01. (Graduates who obtained their degree prior to 2021-04-01 will not be eligible.)
- Applicants must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years, and the maximum age is 30 years as of 2025-06-01, meaning candidates must have been born no earlier than 1995-06-02 and no later than 2004-06-01 (inclusive of both dates).
- OBC candidates falling within the “Creamy Layer” will be considered as belonging to the “General Category.”

They also must not be currently pursuing apprenticeship training as per the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended), nor have had their apprenticeship terminated due to their own fault.
* Candidates with one or more years of job experience after completing their educational qualifications are not eligible to apply for an apprenticeship.
* The Company is not obligated to offer employment to any apprentice upon completion of their training period, nor is the apprentice obligated to accept employment.
* Apprentices will not have any right to claim employment with the Company after completing their training.
* The Company is under no obligation to offer regular employment to apprentices during or after their apprenticeship period.
