Job Description
SuperProcure is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Support Trainee. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both vendors and customers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process, actively encourage the adoption of our product, and deliver ongoing operational and technical assistance. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, a strong aptitude for problem resolution, and a genuine enthusiasm for working within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive guidance to vendors and customers throughout the product onboarding process via telephone and electronic correspondence.
- Proactively promote product adoption through consistent follow-up with users, addressing any concerns or obstacles related to onboarding.
- Deliver timely and professional responses to user inquiries received via telephone or email.
- Monitor user activity to ensure continuous system engagement and maintain optimal account health.
- Contribute to daily operational tasks, ensuring product-related issues are resolved in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Technology, Product, and Operations, to facilitate comprehensive resolution of escalated issues.
- Maintain meticulous records of all user interactions and reported issues within internal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Six to twelve months of prior experience in customer support, operational roles, or training positions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is considered an asset.
- Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort interacting with diverse individuals across various backgrounds and organizational roles.
