Hitachi Energy is currently seeking ambitious and driven recent university graduates to participate in the India Power+ Graduate Rotational Program, commencing in September 2024 and based in India. This comprehensive program offers a full-time, paid, and permanent 18-month rotational experience designed to allow graduates to actively shape their future careers. Participants will have the unique opportunity to explore various facets of the organization by strategically selecting rotations across Hitachi Energy’s key business units and operational functions. This “explorer” approach is intended to provide a broad understanding of the company’s diverse activities.
Job Description
As a Power+ Graduate, individuals will undertake three distinct rotations, each lasting six months. The India Power+ Graduate Rotational Program is structured to provide significant learning and development opportunities. These include participation in leadership development initiatives and mentorship programs, specialized technical and product training, firsthand experience at industry sites, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies. Ideal candidates for this program will demonstrate strong personal leadership qualities, excel in teamwork and collaborative environments, and possess a high degree of initiative, self-assurance, and intellectual curiosity. The role requires a willingness to travel and potentially relocate to various locations within India. There is also a potential opportunity for an international rotation within the program.
