Multiple Engineering and Technical Roles – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technically challenging components and products.
• Manage and operate modern machine shops and tool rooms.
• Perform precision machining using multi-axis CNC machines.
• Develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms on FPGA and SoC platforms.
• Oversee shop floor planning and activities for efficient manufacturing.
• Conduct fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Design and debug analog and digital electronic systems.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers on research instrumentation.
• Maintain technical documentation and support system enhancement.
• Operate and program CNC machines and related tooling.

Required Qualifications

• M.E. / M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with 60% aggregate marks.
• Ph.D. in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering with experience in modern machining technologies.
• Full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% aggregate marks.
• National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in relevant trades (Carpenter, Fitter, Machinist-Miller).
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or tool room environment.
• Full-time Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with 60% aggregate marks.
• 1 year of post-graduation experience in design, development, and debugging of electronic systems.
• Proven critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mathematical aptitude.
