Responsibilities
- Assessment Creation and Customization: Develop and tailor assessments according to specific client requirements. This includes incorporating feedback for iterative improvement and ensuring the assessments accurately evaluate the intended skill sets.
- Content Team Collaboration: Partner with our team of content writers in the preparation of assessment questions. This involves effectively communicating client needs, providing detailed specifications, and maintaining alignment with established quality standards.
- Client Calibration and Alignment: Engage with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their specific needs and objectives. Participate in discussions to collaboratively finalize assessment plans and incorporate client feedback to refine and optimize assessment content.
- Adherence to Delivery Timelines: Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure the punctual delivery of all assessments. Provide rapid responses and effective support during live hiring events to maintain a smooth and efficient process.
- Question Library Management: Oversee the uploading, organization, and maintenance of assessment questions within our content management system. Ensure accurate and consistent tagging to facilitate efficient retrieval and utilization of content.
- Reporting and Analytical Insights: Generate insightful reports and compelling presentations relevant to the specific use cases of our customers. Leverage data to provide actionable insights and demonstrate the value of our assessment solutions.
