Human Resource – Intern – Job Description

SuperProcure is actively seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join their dynamic HR team in a full-time, remote capacity. As an HR Intern, you will gain invaluable experiential learning by supporting critical recruitment, HRIS, and employee engagement functions within a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for pre-final or final-year students and freshers looking to kickstart their career in human resources.




Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting clear and role-specific job descriptions.
  • Post job openings across various job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Help maintain and update the employee database and personnel files.
  • Support the planning and execution of team-building activities and employee engagement events.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee morale and engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a pre-final or final year of study with a strong academic record (>65% throughout career).
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources.
  • Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic tools such as Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Competence in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Must be available to commit at least 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM.
  • Must possess a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your educational institute.
