Job Description
This team plays a critical role in enabling and enhancing automation capabilities within Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. By providing real-time and offline data auditing services, specifically for image and video data, this team directly supports Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics teams. A primary function of this team is to assist fulfillment centers in upholding and improving inventory accuracy.
As an Associate in this role, you will be responsible for carefully reviewing videos of the stowing process within a fulfillment center. A comprehensive understanding of the stowing action is essential, and you will leverage your analytical skills alongside provided tools and resources to accurately identify and classify the activities captured in the video footage. A key responsibility involves utilizing a designated tool to verify or mark the precise location of products within the video, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy. This process is instrumental in ensuring and maintaining optimal stow quality within the fulfillment center. This is an operational role, and under general supervision, the Associate will perform meticulous and comprehensive video and image audits with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, thereby contributing to the reduction of defects.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing numerous videos during each shift, providing accurate responses in accordance with established goals related to accuracy (quality), speed (productivity), and adherence to acceptable practices.
- Associates are expected to dedicate between 6.8 and 7 hours per day to analyzing and responding to video content.
- Associates hired to work remotely are required to maintain: (1) a dedicated workspace, including a suitable table, chair, and adequate lighting, and (2) ensure that the workspace and work-related data are not accessible to anyone other than the employee.
Qualifications
- A willingness to perform a non-technical role for the duration of a 6-month contract.
- Proficiency in auditing image, video, and text-based tasks.
- The ability to discern relevant details from videos that may be blurry or lack sharpness, providing accurate and reliable responses. This requires a high level of attention to detail and sustained focus on the screen.
- A proactive approach to meeting incremental targets and goals related to quality and productivity.
- Rapid implementation skills and consistent performance.
- The ability to work effectively in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and remote teams, with exceptional teamwork skills.
- Preparedness to work from the office for short periods when required (applicable to associates working remotely).
- Willingness to enable the laptop camera during virtual meetings.
