Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon, your primary objective is to proactively prevent issues, efficiently address inquiries, and consistently exceed customer expectations. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, responding to their requests via telephone, online chat, and/or email. This encompasses a wide range of support functions, from addressing questions about orders and products to resolving payment issues and providing guidance on navigating our website. Our Customer Service Associates utilize a suite of digital tools to effectively navigate customer accounts, research solutions, and communicate clearly and concisely with customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Must possess the legal right to work in India.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience operating and navigating computer systems.
- Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace is necessary (a dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
- From a technical standpoint, a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MP upload speed is required, utilizing a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi connections are not permitted).
- I hereby grant my consent to the recording of my video and audio during interview stages and throughout the duration of my employment at Amazon (as applicable) for the purposes of proctoring the assessment and validating my identity. I further acknowledge and agree that Amazon, its authorized personnel, or third parties authorized by Amazon may capture and store a screenshot of my face, which will be used for Amazon’s internal record-keeping and ongoing identity verification purposes.
