Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Take ownership of inbound leads, expertly guide potential residents through the booking process, and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Customer Interaction: Develop a thorough understanding of each student’s individual needs and preferences, providing tailored accommodation recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
- Market Expertise: Cultivate deep expertise in student housing options, pricing structures, and geographic locations to deliver informed and authoritative guidance to prospective tenants.
- Follow-Up: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent, proactive, and timely follow-up communications, driving towards successful transaction closures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Supply teams to continuously optimize the booking process and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Data Management: Ensure the accurate and comprehensive recording and management of all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings within the designated CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and performance benchmarks, demonstrating a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, utilizing clear and neutral English.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
