Job Description

Atlan is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to help identify and engage the next generation of exceptional team members. You will collaborate closely with our recruiting team to source outstanding candidates, create engaging candidate experiences, and contribute to the scaling of our hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Research: Employ innovative methods to identify and connect with top talent across diverse functions, including Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Candidate Experience: Contribute to the design and implementation of empathetic, human-centric communication strategies at every stage of the candidate journey.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor candidate pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements to optimize our hiring processes.
• Hiring Projects: Take ownership of specific hiring projects, from initial sourcing and candidate scheduling to ensuring effective follow-up and communication.
• Innovation: Explore and experiment with new recruiting strategies, such as automation and creative outreach campaigns, to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• We prioritize candidates with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. While previous internship experience in recruiting or HR operations is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for success in this role.
