Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to clients via phone and email, addressing their product-related inquiries and offering technical assistance.
  • Advise clients on best practices to optimize event attendance leveraging Cvent’s marketing capabilities.
  • Collect and document client requirements to inform future product enhancements and releases.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal and external use.
  • Implement and manage the online components of client events, as required, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Gather detailed client requirements and accurately configure them within Cvent’s event management software platform.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, thoroughly review initial implementations, and make necessary modifications based on feedback.
  • Offer proactive suggestions to clients to enhance the overall effectiveness of their event implementation and facilitate the achievement of their desired objectives.
  • Document all client interactions and pertinent details within Cvent’s CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates (Batch – 2024/2025)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
