Responsibilities

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and requests for assistance.
  • Proactively identifying user needs and providing guidance on the effective utilization of specific software features and functionalities.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of reported product malfunctions, documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring seamless setup and configuration of the tool within the user's environment, addressing any technical obstacles encountered during the process.
  • Effectively diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues encountered by users, escalating complex or persistent problems as necessary.
  • Escalating and actively monitoring issues that require substantial modifications by the development team, providing regular updates on progress and resolution.
  • Actively sharing feature requests and efficient workaround solutions with team members to enhance overall efficiency and user experience.
  • Keeping users informed about new features, functionalities, and updates, ensuring they have the knowledge to maximize their usage.
  • Following up with users to confirm that their technical issues have been successfully resolved and ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Gathering comprehensive user feedback through various methods and effectively communicating this valuable information to relevant stakeholders to inform product improvement and development strategies.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build strong rapport and effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse groups.
